Here’s a little information about
Ftuned Racing Suspension. I started back on the track with my Sally in mid last
year – 2013. First event I started off with her was in total stock, by means
everything wasn’t modified at all. It was a gymkhana event.
For those who don’t know what gymkhana
is, well basically it’s actually something similar to autocross, but its courses are often
very complex. Memorizing the
course is a major part of achieving a fast time as the events are timed and
featuring obstacles such as cones, tires and barrels. The driver must maneuver
their vehicle through a predetermined layout performing many different driving
techniques such as 180 degree spins, 360 degree spins, figure 8’s and other
advanced skills. It simply can be considered to be a small version of a road
course.
Anyway, having everything stock on your
car could be hard for any competition. I started off all stock, honestly due to
tight budget for racing and to understand more of the machine and my own
driving style. Therefore, after the one event I knew that I need a good
suspension system. Ftuned Racing was my choice. They were quite new and I
thought of giving them a try. The outcome was awesome. I managed way better
timing compared to the previous suspension. And having the experience of
driving my brother’s car (whom already fitted HWL suspension on his car),
Ftuned Racing product and setup was way better. I am proud for using a local brand
and how amazing their product is. Their service as tip top as all are friend
faces and very willingly to help others with information – anything you need related
to your setup or suspension faulty.
